C. William Lee, III, CFSP
President; Licensed Funeral Director: As a fifth generation funeral director, Bill has been involved in the family business for over 30 years. While in high school he helped with many of the jobs that always needed to be done in the Funeral Home. In 1966, Bill graduated from Saint John’s College High School in Washington, D.C. In 1970, Bill received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from St. Leo College in St. Leo, FL. After college, he attended the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service, Inc. and graduated cume laude in 1971. He subsequently received licenses in the District of Columbia in 1972 and in the state of Maryland in 1979. He has served in all chairs of the Funeral Directors Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., culminating as president from 1979 to 1980. In May of 1994, he earned his Certified Funeral Service Practitioner (CFSP). Bill has also served on all chairs of the Maryland State Funeral Directors Association, Inc., including being a board member and serving on all the executive chairs. He is a native Washingtonian who makes his home in Lower Marlboro, MD, Calvert County.
Katherine Lee Taylor (Kitty) -
Vice President/Corporate Secretary: Kitty graduated from the Academy of the Holy Cross in Kensington, MD and and attended Immaculata Junior College. Fifth generation in funeral service, she has been employed at the funeral home for the past 23 years. She grew up in a family serving the public in their time of need. As a part of the Lee family, she continues to serve as Corporate Secretary and Office Manager. She is married with three daughters and resides in Calvert County, Huntingtown, Maryland.
Michael W. Lee, CSFP, CPC -
General Manager; Licensed Funeral Director; Licensed Insurance Agent: Mike is the general manager of Lee Funeral Homes. As a 6th generation funeral director, Mike has been involved in the family business for 20 years. I can remember from an early age running around the funeral home waiting on dad to get off work. So in 1988, Mike started working part time as a summer job. In 1992, Mike graduated from Northern High School in Owings, Maryland. After receiving a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Saint Leo College, St. Leo, FL in 1996, Mike attended and graduated from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, Cincinnati, OH in 1997. That same year Mike entered into the ranks as a licensed funeral director. Currently, Mike is a member of the Maryland Funeral Directors Association, Inc., and is a member of the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice. His is also a licensed insurance agent for pre-funding funerals. Mike states, that being a 6th generation funeral director is a very proud and honorable experience and that I find serving the entire Southern Maryland community very rewarding. Mike makes his home in St. Leonard, Maryland in Calvert County.
Vincent D. DiPaola -
Manager; Licensed Funeral Director: Vincent is orginally from Elkton, MD. In 1971, Vincent graduated from Salesianum High School in Wilmington, DE. After attending Cecil Community College, he enrolled in the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and graduated in 1973. He received his funeral director\’s license in Maryland in 1975. Currently, Vincent is the Manager of Lee Funeral Home, Inc. Vince married the former Mary Blendy in 1976 and they have three children, Anna, Laura, and Anthony. Mr. DiPaola has enjoyed a 33-year affiliation with the funeral industry of which he is quite proud.
Louis Grant -
Licensed Funeral Director; Licensed Insurance Agent: Louis joined the Lee family in April 2000. Louis is married and living in Bowie, MD with his wife Kathy. Louis graduated in 1974 from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. Since graduation, Louis has worked in Prince Georges County. Louis has been actively involved in the Prince Georges County Fire/EMS system as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT.
Jeffrey S. Nigro -
Licensed Funeral Director: Jeffrey is a licensed funeral director in Maryland. He holds a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. Jeffrey is a member of the National Association of accountants and the Student Mentoring Program. He also holds a Mortuary Science Associates Degree from Catonsville Community College. Jeffrey is member of the Bowie Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and he is a licensed EMT. Jeffrey joined Lee Funeral Home in January of 2006.
John Hyde -
Licensed Funeral Director; Licensed Insurance Agent: John was born in Maryland and currently resides in Port Tobacco. He received his Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Maryland College Park in 1972. He went on to receive an Associates Degree in Mortuary Science from The Community College of Baltimore County-Catonsville in 2003. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and is one of the commissioners of the Village of Port Tobacco. John joined Lee Funeral Home, Inc. in June 2007.
Roger Mason -
Licensed Funeral Director: Roger was born in New York, New York. He joined the United States Airforce and served his country from 1966-1970. He is a Vietnam Veteran. Roger moved to Maryland in 1984. He attended the University of the District of Columbia where he received an Associates Degree in Mortuary Science in 1985. He is a licensed Funeral Director in Maryland, DC and Virginia and has served the area for 23 years. He is married and has five children and seven grandchildren. Roger joined the Lee family in October 2007.
Jessica Amorose -
Licensed Funeral Director: Jessica joined the Lee family in September 2007 as an Attendant. She later became an Apprentice Funeral Director and as of February 2009 has become a Licensed Funeral Director. Jessica received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Mortuary Science from Catonsville Community College in December 2008. She is an avid supporter of the Washington Redskins and Capitals.

Office Manager: Katrina has over 18 years working for the Lee Family.
J. Ronald Goodman (Ron) -
Maintenance Director: Ron was born in February 1943 in Washington, D.C. He completed studies of Commerical Art with the Corcoran School of Art at the George Washington University in 1963. Ron began in the funeral industry in the spring of 1963 working for the Wilhelm Funeral Home in Suitland, Maryland. He served there as Mortuary Maintenance Director for 28 1/2 years until Mr. Wilhelm retired and sold his establishment. Ron then began working with the Lee Funeral Home in September of 1991 as Maintenance Director.
