Alfred Joseph Tull

Alfred Joseph TullOf Upper Marlboro. He was born on Dec. 12, 1941 in Washington DC. He passed away on Sept 30, 2013 surrounded by his family. Alfred is the beloved husband of Janet; loving father of Lewis (Katherine) Trott, Laura (Jeff) Newton, Michael Tull, Tracey (Scott) Callahan and Charles (Valerie) Tull; Grandfather of Natalie, Lindsey, Lauren, Laura, Jessie, Renee, Leslie, Victoria, Jordyn, Alina, Olivia, Payton, Emily, Annalee, Lucy ; Great grandfather of Lorelei, Addison, Aidan and Asher. Brother of Donald, Charles Tull, Pat Hutson and Shirley Smith. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Buddy and Dorothy Tull. Mr. Tull served as an airplane mechanic in the United States Navy during Vietnam. He then became an electrician and worked for IBEW Local #26. Al loved spending time with his grandchildren, Gardening and photography. Friends will be received at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, P.A. on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013 from 5:00-8:00pm and Friday, Oct. 4, 2013 from 2pm until time of service at 3:00pm. Interment with military honors will take place on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013 at 11:00am in Maryland Veteran’s Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD.
