Amelia "Millie" Reynolds

Amelia E. “Millie” Reynolds, 99, of Berlin, MD, formerly of Prince Frederick, MD died on Wednesday June 1, 2016 peacefully at her home. Born in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Carmelo and Vera (Lombardo) Pertino. She was married to the late Charles S. Reynolds. She was employed by the P.G. County School System as a cafeteria worker for many years. Millie enjoyed going to the beach, cooking, crocheting, and spending time with her family. She leaves behind to cherish her memory two daughters: Jean L. Shelton (C.T.), and Joann M. Roland (Earl); nine grandchildren: Sherry, Laura, Cindy, Debbie, Joey, Julie, Mikey, Andria, and Kimberly; seventeen great-grandchildren; and twenty great-great-grandchildren and her brother, Johm T. Pertino. She was preceded in death by son Charles “Buddy” Reynolds, two brothers, two sisters, two great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Friends may call on Tuesday June 7, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at Lee Funeral Home - Calvert, 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, MD. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Coastal Hospice of the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland or the Worcester County Humane Society.
