Anderson E. Carter, Jr.

Anderson Edward Carter, Jr. was born to Anderson and Janice LaVerne Carter on September 8, 1967. After a short and unexpected illness, which was later determined to be a stroke, God called him home on Thursday September 26, at 5:31am. He was christened at an early age and accepted God in his life. Anderson was educated through the Catholic and Public Schools of Prince Georges County. He attended computer school and completed two years of college. Anderson went on to work in many job areas, but worked mostly in administration. Anderson was known to many as “Tonnie”. He mostly loved writing poetry, composing music and playing the guitar. He also attended many concerts and loved to play chess. Not professionally trained, Anderson was a gifted brick layer, a talent he did with pride. Anderson is forever cherished in the memories of his father, Anderson, Sr., his mother Janice, his sister, “Andrell” and his many aunts, uncles and friends.
