Anthony Holland Sr.

Anthony Holland, Sr., age 60, of Clinton, MD passed away on June 21, 2021. Born to John and Josephine Holland on June 28, 1960. Received his BS in accounting from Frostburg University. Met and married his high school sweetheart Ella D. Pointer in 1987. Married 34 yrs. Anthony worked as an accountant for the federal government for over 32 yrs. He was a member of Redemption Lodge #24 in Washington DC. He enjoyed skating, bowling, golfing and playing basketball; and serving as a referee for softball. Anthony is survived by his wife, Ella D. Holland; 3 sons: Jerrell A. Holland, Anthony Holland, Jr., Marquis A. Holland; granddaughter: Aleyah J. Holland, and 3 brothers: Avery Holland, Gregory Holland, John C. Holland. Also including other family members aunts uncles and a host of cousins. Anthony is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Sally Eaton. Service is set to be private -- invitation received by family only. At family's request, mandatory mask wearing will be required to gain entrance into the building.
