Audrey Marie Thurston

On March 22, 2023, Audrey M. Thurston peacefully passed away with her daughter by her side. Audrey lived her 96 years of life to the fullest. Her long legacy of love is cherished and continued by her children, Terry Thurston and his wife, Sally Reid, David Thurston and his wife Janet, and Debbie Elliott and her husband, Mike; grandchildren, Melody (Matthew), Terry (Cristina), David (Janet), Angela (Wesley), Jason (Tiffany), Megan (Spencer), and Michael, Jr.; and six great-grandchildren. She was reunited in Heaven with her beloved and often missed husband, Edwin Francis Thurston.

Audrey’s family will receive friends at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736 on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 6:00 – 8:00 pm where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD 20722.
