Barbara Bobbie Clower

Barbara A. “Bobbie” Clower\n \n Of Chesapeake Beach, MD. Passed away on February 21, 2010 at the Washington Hospitral Center, Washington, DC. She is the beloved wife of 47 years of Hugh “Butch” Clower and loving mother of John Clower (Julie Hanko), Laura Garner (Paul), and the late Hugh Clower, Jr. Grandmother of Devin Garner and Mollie Garner. Sister of John Morris Lee (Jeanine) and the late Joe Lee and Margaret Clark. Mrs. Clower lived in Cheasapeake Beach over 35 years and retired as an insurance agent with over 25 years of servce. She was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Huntingtown and the Ladies Auxillary of American Legion Post 217 and also volunteered at Calvert County Nursing Center and HELP Association. She loved the beach but her family especially her grandchildren were the most important part of her life. \n \n Family invite friends to call at the Lee Funeral Home Calvert, P.A. 8125 Southern Maryland Blvd. (Route 4 and Fowler Road) Owings, MD on Thursday, February 25, 2 – 4 and 6-8 pm where services will be held on Friday at 10 AM.
