Barbara Ann Proctor

Barbara A. Proctor (nee Colbert) passed on July 27, 2021. Born on November 6, 1949 in Washington, DC to Eugene James Colbert and Mary Catherine [Proctor] Colbert. Mrs. Proctor grew up in Oxon Hill, Md. before residing in Clinton, Md. She worked for the Federal Trade Commission for 43 years before retiring in 2010. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert L. Proctor, mother, Mary C Williams (Colbert), father, Eugene James Colbert and brothers James Eugene and Thomas Leroy Colbert. Mourning her passing are loving sons Lawrence Purnell and Wesley Todd Proctor (Valerie). Sisters Patricia Gail Burch and Margaret Elaine Henderson; brothers Donnell, Michael, Francis and Matthew Colbert. Grandkids Ashley, Brandon, and Darien Proctor. The family will receive other family and visitors at Lee Funeral Home, 6633 Old Alexander Ferry Road, Clinton, Md. on August 4, 2021 from 10am to 11am for viewing, funeral to follow.
