BEN H. WATKINS (Age 91)Former Mayor of Seat Pleasant, MD on Monday, July 31, 2006 of Huntingtown, MD, formerly of Upper Marlboro, MD. Beloved husband of the late Eileen R. Watkins; loving father of Carol A. Hayden, Benny Watkins and the late Betty Wakeen; father-in-law of Rick Hayden and Gerald Wakeen; grandfather of Jamie and Chris Hayden; brother of William I. Watkins. A Memorial Gathering will be held at the LEE FUNERAL HOME, CALVERT, P.A., 8125 Southern Maryland Blvd., (Rt. 4 at Fowler Rd.) Owings, MD on Thursday, August 3 from 4:30 p.m. until service time at 6 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvert Hospice, PO Box 838, Prince Frederick, MD 20678.
