Betty Jane (McLaughlin) Norfolk (Sissy), 81, from Upper Marlboro, MD passed Saturday, January 20, 2018 surrounded by her loved ones. Survived by husband Ernest E. Norfolk (Gene); children Gene Norfolk (Susan) and Sharon Norfolk Beall (Dan); her beloved grandchildren Ryan Norfolk, Sarah Norfolk, Brandon Beall, Reed Norfolk and Daniel Beall; brother James McLaughlin (Ellen) and sisters- in-law Shirley McLaughlin & Genevieve Lloyd.
