Billie Carol Taylor, age 63 of Suitland, Maryland passed away on November 4, 2009 in Annapolis, Maryland . She is the beloved wife of William “Billy” O. Taylor, Jr. and loving mother of Ronnie Taylor and Dawn Mahar. Grandmother of Brett Taylor, Megan Mahar and Matthew Mahar. Sister of Sharon Sweeney.
