Bio K Wong

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Bio King Wong, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, who left us peacefully on March 6, 2025 at the age of 97. Born in Taishan, a city in the Guangdong Province of China on June 1, 1927. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sher Tun Wong; her parents, Shee Loy and Young Toy Lee; her son, Wai Yee Wong; and her older sister, Mei King Lee. Bio is survived by her cherished sons; Kok Chung Wong, Cheuk Lun Wong, Chuck Yee Wong, Kit Yee Wong, Kin Yee Wong and cherished daughter; Katherine (Fun Yi) Wong. 17 adoring grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren who brought her endless joy. Along with her siblings; brothers Poy Jing Lee and Jung Keung Lee.

She lived a full life and was dedicated to her family. Bio was a strong woman, self- sufficient, and took care of her children. A dedicated and nurturing mother, Bio adored her family, especially her grandchildren. Nothing gave her more happiness than spending time with them. An avid gardener with a green thumb, Bio was happiest when tending to her vegetable garden and fruit trees, a place where she enjoyed peace in nature.

She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her, but we take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace and that one day we will see her again in heaven.
