Bobby “TK” Corry, the oldest son of seven, father, and beloved friend, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 28th at the age of 86. Bobby's departure leaves a profound void in the lives of those who were fortunate to know him.
Born and raised in Gaffney, South Carolina, Bobby was renowned for his studious nature, his unwavering love, his infectious humor, and his undeniable charisma. He approached life with a profound sense of dedication and a genuine passion for learning, leaving an indelible mark on all who crossed his path.
Bobby's greatest legacy is found in the love and memories he leaves behind. He is survived by his son, Bobby “Eric” Corry. Bobby also leaves behind his daughter, Renee Scott, and her husband Frank Scott, along with their son and two daughters; Robert, Asya, and Autumn, who brought immense joy and pride to his life.
Bobby's presence illuminated every room he entered, his laughter echoing in the hearts of all who knew him. His enduring love and unwavering support will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Though Bobby may have departed from this world, his memory will forever remain etched in our hearts. As we mourn his loss, let us also celebrate the vibrant life he lived and the profound impact he had on those around him.
A memorial service to honor Bobby's life will be held at Lee Funeral Home, Clinton, Maryland. Monday, February 12, 2024 with a viewing from 10 am and funeral services immediately after.
Interment at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
