Brett Lee Squires

BRETT L. SQUIRESBrett Squires of Huntingtown, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the age of 50.He is the son of Regina Squires of Rolla, Missouri and the late Sheridan “Butch” Squires. He is the beloved husband of Bernice Squires, loving father of Jaynee Somer Poulson and the grandfather of the soon to be grandson, Lyric Lee Holbrook. He is the grandson of Volala Tramp, the brother of Brenda Wilson and her husband, Jeff and Bart Squires. He is also survived by his beloved pets and numerous other family members and friends.Brett was born in Madison, Wisconsin and attended Houston High School in Missouri. After graduation, he joined the Air Force and served six years in active duty and retired after 24 years as a Master Sergeant in the Reserves. At the time of his death, he was a 15 year veteran of the Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, DC.He and Bernice were married in 2007. Brett had many hobbies and interests. He loved hunting and was a semi-pro bronc rider. He was a member of the Iron Brotherhood Motorcycle Club, where he served as “Road Captain”.
