On Saturday November 2, 2024. Husband of Mary Walter; Brother of Lee Walter (Joanne); Father of Stephen Walter (Lisa), Jeffrey Walter (Pamela), Annmarie Koonce, Anthony Braswell. Grandfather of Megan Lormore, Ashleigh Walter, Sara Walter, Emma Walter.

Bruce was born in Scranton, PA on April 16, 1941 to Carl Walter and Ruth (Klatt) Walter. He graduated from Pennstate University. He worked for the Census Bureau as a Statistician, retiring as an Assistant Division Chief of Foreign Trade. He traveled the world. He was devoted to his family and friends.

Services will be held at Lee Funeral Home at 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736 on Saturday, November 16 , 2024 at 11:00am.
