The beloved husband of Joyce Hover;loving father of Christine Tricher, Cheryl Spencer, Dale Hover and Bradley Taylor, brother of James Hover, Alice Renne and the late Nell Riggs, Beverly Banzaca and Franklin Hover. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the Lee Funeral Home Branch Ave. and Coventry Way Clinton, MD on Thursdauy from 2-4 and 6-8PM. Graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14 at 9:30AM in Cedar Hill Cemetery,Suitland, MD.
