Carolyn Barbara Spriggs

Carolyn Barbara Spriggs passed away on October 17, 2021. She was born on January 9, 1964 in Glen Cove, NY and was the daughter of Harold Wieland and the late Loraine Karcz. She was the beloved wife of James M. Spriggs (Mike). She graduated from Keene High School in New Hampshire and attended Catholic University where she studied Business and played volleyball. She went on to have a long successful career as a Real Estate Agent in southern Maryland. She enjoyed spending time at her beach home in Ocean City, Maryland which she fondly referred to as her Happy Place and going on vacations to Delray Beach in South Florida. She loved spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed going for walks, bike rides, playing volleyball and going out for trivia nights with friends. In addition to her husband and father she is survived by her sister Kim Wieland and niece Kayla Wieland, her sisters-in-law Barbara Gill and Carol Kneiss, nieces and nephew Ashley Gill, Robert Gill, Lauren Ruehle, Rachel Richie, Elizabeth Wingate and grand nieces and nephews.
