On Saturday, August 23, 2014, Carolyn Washington, the beloved wife of Kevin Washington, loving mother of Nathaniel Bishop (Lynda) passed away peacefully. She is survived by one sister, Sarah Bailey; two brothers, Eddie Nelson (Diane) and Jessie Nelson (Priscilla); three grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel Bears and Elease Nelson; one sister, Madagline Nelson Kennedy; and one brother, James Albert Nelson.
