Catherine Baker

Catherine BakerCatherine “Kathleen” Baker, 66, of Huntingtown and formerly of Pasadena, died Jan. 23 at Calvert Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Baker was born May 5, 1942, in Ireland. She enjoyed reading, watching football and rooting for the Ravens, shopping and the camping trips she made around the country with her family. She was also an avid Elvis fan. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Joseph Baker Jr.; one son, Joseph Baker III; one daughter, Kathleen George; three grandchildren, Joseph Baker IV, and Jake and Erika George; four sisters; one brother; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29th from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm at the Lee Funeral Home Calvert. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 30 at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, P.A., 8125 Southern Maryland Boulevard, Owings, with the Rev. Dan Leary of Jesus the Divine Word Church officiating. Interment will take place in Loudon Park Cemetery.
