Charles Francis Martin

Charles "Francis" Martin, age 57, of Lusby, Maryland passed away at the the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore after a lengthy illness. He is survived by Jason, Christopher, Julia, grandchildren and his fiance Donna Libermann. Son of Margaret Mister and the late William C. Martin. Brother of Deacon Chad Martin, (Bobbie), Pat Bowen (J.C.), Darlene Martin (John) and Joe Martin.\n \nBorn in Prince Frederick, Francis lived most of his life in Calvert County, however his job as a mason took him to Virginia and Florida for a period of time. In the latter part of his life he was employed by the Anteron Corporation of Chesapeake, Virginia as a field engineer working on naval ships. He also served in the USMC. He enjoyed playing the guitar, drums and singing. If there was a gathering, when Francis arrived, it became festive - he had the ability to make you laugh! \nMemorial services will be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Solomons, Maryland with interment in the church cemetery.
