Charles Phillips

Charles Phillips is the beloved husband of Sharon Phillips. The loving father to Vincent Phillips (Karen), Pamela Mann (Mark), Angela Phillips, and William Phillips (Katherine) and step-children Christopher Billingsley (Jeanie), Patrick Billingsley, Troy Collins, Jackie Vayro (Casey). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 4 great-grand children. Relatives and friends may be received at Lee Funeral Home (6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd, Clinton, MD 20735) on Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 1:30 P.M. until the time of service at 3:00 P.M. A repast will take place after the service at Morningside Volunteer Fire Department, 6200 Suitland Road, Morningside, MD 20746.
