Brother to Joseph “Bobo” Proctor, Rose Fleming, Robby Proctor, Darnell Harley, Louie Harley, and Mary Harley. Son to Elizabeth “Bernice” Harley. Cousin to Mark Proctor and nephew to a host of Aunts and Uncles. Predeceased by his father Joseph Proctor.
