Charlie Ray Johnson

Charlie Ray Johnson passed away peacefully in his sleep at Heritage Harbor Health and Rehabilitation Center on February 15, 2021 due to complications of Myelodysplastic Syndrome. Born on March 9, 1942 to the late Riley and Pansy Johnson in Berwind, WV. He married the love of his life, Patricia, 53 years ago after asking her 3 times. He was a welder for Pepco and retired in 1998. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and helping neighbors. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Johnson; two daughters: Erica Sivils (Bryan) and Joyce Barber (Bradley); and one grandson, Tyler Sivils. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Thelma Howard, two brothers: John Riley Johnson and Edison Johnson, and grandson, Jonathan Goff.
