Clara Carter Gordon "Sis" (Age 86)On Saturday, July 8, 2006 of Hughesville, MD; formerly of Washington, D.C. Beloved wife of the late Fred D. Gordon; loving mother of Frederick Douglas Gordon, Michael Alan Gordon, Lynwood Sterling Gordon, Richard Larry Gordon, Sheila Kim Manley, Kevin Gregory Gordon and Robert Anthony (Lisa) Gordon; grandmother of Tony, Indya, Brian, Michael, Tiffany, Nina, Caprice, Robert, Rory, Christina, Nicholas, Rachel, and Joshua; sister of Barbara Perry. Clara is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Karen. Family will receive friends at the LEE FUNERAL HOME CALVERT, P.A., 8125 Southern Maryland, Blvd (Rt. 4 and Fowler Rd.) Owings, MD on Saturday, July 15 from 11 a.m. until a service at 1 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
