Cloe Louise Jones

Cloe Louise Jones of Dunkirk, Maryland, died peacefully at home on October 21, 2010 at the age of 89.\n \nCloe was born in North Carolina on August 24, 1921 to Thomas and Rebecca Ragan.\n \nFor 38 years, she was the beloved wife of the late John P. Jones. Cloe was the loving mother of Ken and Mark Jones, and a devoted grandmother of John, Jennifer, Stephen, Rachel, Daniel and Alice. She is also survived one brother, Claude Ragan and one sister, Margaret Stanbury. \n \nBeing with family and friends brought great joy to her. She loved to travel and experience new places.\nCloe was a mother, grandmother and friend to many. She will be greatly missed.\n \nFamily invite friends to LEE FUNERAL HOME, CALVERT, P.A., 8125 Southern Maryland Blvd., Owings, MD 20736 (Rt. 4 and Fowler Rd.) on Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A Christian Burial service will be held Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 11:00 am at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 3800 Old Town Road, Huntingtown, MD 20639.
