Dale Hamilton Hutchinson

Dale Hamilton Hutchinson of Camp Springs, MD passed away on July 25, 2021 at the age of 90. A devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend; Dale was always there when someone needed a kind word, a helping hand or support in a crisis. He was proud to have served in the US Navy on the destroyer USS Algerhom from 1951 to 1955, seeing "light" action during the Korean War. He learned much from his time in the Navy and cherished his relationships he built with his shipmates. While this is a sad moment for those of us left behind, Dale was very much ready to be reunited with his mom and dad. He asks that we celebrate his life, reminds us to live our truth, and take to heart what he always said about himself, "I am who I am and I am who I was meant to be." In lieu of flowers, please make charitable donations to your favorite charity. Family will receive guests at Lee Funeral Home, 6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Road, Clinton, MD 20735, on Friday, July 30 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with a service immediately following at 12:30 p.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hillcrest Heights, MD.
