On Sunday, February 28, 2016 David “Dave” Jackson Miller, Sr., of Clinton, Md., at the age of 80, peacefully took the hand of his Lord and Savior and joined his Mother Julia Teresi Miller, Father Fred Jackson Miller, Brother Mariano "Mike" and his wife Shirley, in the Lord's Eternal Kingdom. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 61 years, Martha Louise Adams Miller. Dave was born June 17, 1935 in Washington, D.C. After marrying Martha, they moved to Maryland where he learned the skills of sanding floors, painting, drywall, ceramic tile and other construction trades and eventually started is his own business, "David J. Miller, Construction Co." he continued his Company until illness set in, in 1998. He was a loving and devoted father to his sons, David Jackson Jr. (Annagrette), Mike Wayne, and Scott Branton (Michele), and daughter Belynda Louise Miller Miles (Eric). He cherished his grandchildren, Arlena (Timothy), Amy, Melissa, David III, Samantha, Cole, Shyanne, Preston, and three great-grandchildren. Dave was a loving and a devoted brother to Mitchell Joseph, (Sylvia) of Ft. Pierce, Fla, and sisters Ella Ludwig of Vero Beach, Fla., Antoinette “Toni” Hartsuff (George), of Annapolis, Md., and Patricia "Pat" Hills (Rick) of Ft. Pierce, Fla. He also leaves behind his loving in-laws Joseph and Mary Campanaro of Cape Coral, Fla., and many loving cousins and many close friends. Dave's 18 long years of multi health issues has ended. He is now at peace. The service will be officiated by Dr. Herman L. King. Family and friends are invited to come honor and celebrate Dave's life by signing the family's Online Guest Book.
