Beloved wife of Charles "Melvin" Spittle; loving mother of Sandra Wilcher and Joann Spittle; devoted grandmother of David Wilcher; sister of Mae Seek, Betty Manley, Nancy Parsly, Diane Willey, Bobby, Billy, Johnny and Jerry Parsly.
