Dorothy Mae Sims, 88, of Washington, DC, passed into eternal rest on Friday, October 9, 2015. Born in Selma, NC on September 27, 1927 to the late Sudie Corbin Sims and the late Cleo Dock Sims. Devoted mother of Norman Sims and his wife Ethel of Louisburg, NC, Gloria Banks and her husband John of CA, Anthony Atkinson and his wife Edna of Fredericksburg, VA, Donna Bess and her husband Bryon of Kissimmee, FL and the late Ada M.
