Ehrentrudis A. Mullinix\n \n"Trudy" (Age 82)\n \n \n \nTrudy passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at her home in Upper Marlboro, MD. Survivors include here daughter, Roberta Philips, son-in-law Robert Philips, grandchildren Jessica, Adam, Eric, Scott and Lauren along with their spouses, and six great grandchildren Ivy, Jonah, Amelia, Everett, Simon and Carter. She is also survived by her sister Theresa Huber, brother Josef Werfer, both of Salzburg and sister, Maria Bearzi of Ft. Montgomery, NY.\n \n \n \nTrudy was born March 15, 1928 in Salzburg, Austria at The Abbey of Nonnberg, where the convent was made famous in the move "The Sound of Music". Trudy met and married Duane Mullinix of Sioux Falls, SD in Salzburg, where he was serving as an MP in the US Army. They later lived for 30 years in Highland Falls, NY. Duane passed away on November 15, 1989 at Keller Army Hospital, West Point, NY.\n \n \n \nA memorial service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on August 20, 2010 where she will be interred with her husband, Duane. Please meet at the Administration Building by 1:30 PM. Services will take place at 2:00 PM. \n \nIn lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the charity of one's choice.
