Cooper; motehr of Jacqueline Rafler and her husband, Randall, Theresa Sicre and her husband, John; Patrick Cooper and his wife, Meg; grandmother of Cindy Rafler, Ryan Sicre, Josh and Joey Cooper; great-grandmother of Jasmine and Melanie Houston. She was preceded in death by he beloved grand-daughter Karen Rafler. Friends may call at the Lee Fuenral Home Branch Ave. and Coventry Way, Clinton, MD on Friday August 1 from 6-8PM.
