Elinor M. Shugars

Elinor M. Shugars, 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 26, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Jamison, PA she was a daughter of the late Walter Ramsey and Leola Edwina (Jillson) Smith. Elinor was a United States Army veteran of World War II. She is survived by four children, Michael Shugars(Jean), Linda Pell(Jim), Cindy Jean Hruscka, and Debbie L. DeChant, nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and two sisters, Elaine R.
