Elisabeth Monika Farris

Elisabeth Monika Farris, of Mitchelville, MD died on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the age of 93. Born on November 18, 1923 in Wessling, Germany to Monika (Wastian) and Albert Dellinger. She married Army Air Force SGT. James Frederick Farris in October 1948 where they were stationed at the nearby Oberfphaffenhofen air base. In 1952, Monika became a naturalized citizen on the U.S. Farris was predeceased by her beloved husband. She is survived by her two sons, George Albert Farris of Greenbelt, MD; and Stephen Frederick Farris of Landover, MD. Her two loving grandchildren, Andrew and Timothy Farris as well as three great-grandchildren, Seth, Owen, and Abigail Farris.
