Elmer D. Riggleman

Elmer D. Riggleman 1933 - 2013 Elmer D. Riggleman, 79, of Forestville, MD passed away on Tuesday May 7, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired from the Department of Health and Human Services in 1981 after working for many years as a budget analyst. Survivors include children Joyce Hodgkin (Mike), Brenda Kay Huntington (Albert), Terry Wilburn (Dennis), and Anita Chilcoat (Paul), a brother Gerald Riggleman (Pat), two sisters Ruth Stoneseifer and June Bensenhaver (Ervin), ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
