Elmer H. Sasscer

Elmer age 80. Born and raised in Upper Marlboro, Md. Elmer was in the first high school graduating class to graduate when Maryland required 12 years of education. He owned and operated Belvior Auto Parts in Alexandria, Virginiafor more than 20 years. He is survived by his wife of 47 years to Peggy Sue (Lamkin) Sasscer, his daughter, Shirley Marlene McGinniss of Prince Frederick, Md., his son Ronald Elmer Sasscer of Hanley, PA. and son Craig Alan Sasscer of Upper Marlboro, Md. Elmer is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, 2 sisters Virginia M. Sasscer and Ruth E. (Sasscer) Baker, one brother Merle L. Sasser all of Upper Marlboro, Md. He was preceded in death by his parents William Thompson and Mildred Edith(Lusby) Sasscer as well as by his brother William Thompson Sasscer, Jr. Elmer was devoted to his family, a very Christian man and his favorite hobbies were anything to do with tactors and automoblies.
