Eloise Catherine Elter

Eloise C. "Ms. Elly" Elter, 74, of Huntingtown, MD on Thursday December 1, 2016 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Pittsburgh, PA she was a daughter of the late George W. and Mary C. (Heimbacher) Frey. She was married to Leonard J. Elter. They celebrated their 48th anniversary on August 31, 2016. Eloise was the owner operator of Ms. Elly's Daycare for 41 years retiring in 2014. She was the Vice President of Calvert County Family Daycare Association. She loved raising flowers, growing sweet potatoes, collecting ducks, going to Peebles shopping, and watching Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil. Along with her husband she is survived by two children, Leonard J. Elter III (Peggy), and Jacqueline Marie Williams (Jason), four grandchildren, Carlee, L.J., Eliana, and Viera, six sisters, Sc. Annette, Donna, Judie, Mary Kay, Geri, and Melanie, a great aunt Dorthea(age 101) and the Frey family in Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by a brother Howard.
