Emily "Billie" Ballard

Emily M. Ballard, “Billie”, 92, of Fort Washington, Maryland departed this life on August 24, 2015. She was the beloved mother of Kim Painter. Cherished grandmother to Kelly Edwards (Jason) and great grandmother to Aubrey Edwards. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard “Dick” Ballard and her parents Robert and Gertrude Holdaway.
