Ersella Elizabeth Ramsay-Carter

Ersella Ramsay-Carter, 58, of Clinton, Maryland passed away on July 11, 2016. She was born to Josephine and Rudolph Ramsay in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 19, 1957. Ersella attended Overbrook High School in Philadelphia before receiving her Associate’s Degree. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, she worked as a health care advisor for the federal government. She loved spending time at the beach, dancing, and most of all her family. Beloved wife of Ricky A. Carter; mother of Cherelle, Brianna, and Clifford; grandmother of Emmanuel, Daniel, Gabriel, Bria, Cayren, Cyrus, Rikki, and Sharon; great-grandmother of Carter James Jean Antoine, Joseph Jean Antoine, Dion Pierce, Grace Jackson, and Nia Jackson.
