Brown (Audrey) of Hampton, VA and Mamie Venable of Upper Marlboro, MD. Also survived by 16 Grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, a nephew, Paul Carter and son-in-law Wilbert “Fatty” Holmes. Preceeded in death by her husband James Edward Brown, her daughters Geraldine V. Brown and Ellen Anita “Nita” Holmes and her siblings Kenneth B. Chew of Brooklyn, NY and Cornelia B.
