Eunice Louise Kozireski

Eunice Louise Kozireksi, 75, comforted by her family, died peacefully on December 9, 2009, at Georgetown University Hospital. Eunice was born on October 16, 1934, in Stokes County, NC. She relocated to Washington, DC in 1953 where she married and raised her family. Eunice worked in the hospitality industry as a waitress until her retirement. While always serving others, the most important part of her life was her FAMILY.\nUntil a few years ago, Eunice was an avid daily walker at the Gwynn Park High School track, where she was an inspiration to many young people. She also enjoyed cooking, gardening, football, and NASCAR racing.\nEunice is survived by her daughter, Yvonne (Allan); sister, Sally (Wilson), and her grandsons Jeff (Staci) and Mark (Mallory).
