Felton Washington Williams lll (affectionately known as Skipper or Skip) was born in Ecorse, Michigan on September 3, 1960 to Felton W. Williams Jr. and Ida M. Warren Williams. Skip was a quiet, loving and affectionate child. He accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Ecorse High School. He played the Saxophone in the Ecorse Marching Band, which allowed him the privilege of traveling with the Band to New Orleans where he played in the well known Mardi Gras Parade. He graduated from Ecorse High School in 1978. After graduating, he attended Wayne County Community College. From there he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served twenty years. After retirement, he resided in Clinton, MD where he worked as project manager for Noc technology, until his passing. He was a faithful member of Victory Christian Ministry (VCM) International, where he served on the television ministry and intercessory prayer team. He enjoyed spending time with his family, visiting history museums, and making video memories with family. Skip was preceded in death by his father Felton Williams Jr, and his siblings; Nadine Williams, Anita Hicks, and Greg Williams. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Sharon Williams of Clinton, Maryland, his children; Bryson Thompson of Warner Robins, Georgia, Darius Williams and Jordan Williams of Clinton Maryland; One grandchild Amelia Thompson of Warner Robins, GA: His mother, Ida Williams of Detroit, Michigan; sibling Sheena Cobbs (Chris) of Lincoln Park, Michigan; Aunts Pearleen Davis of Decatur, Georgia, Gloria Williams and Lilly Williams of Detroit, Michigan; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
