Alers; loving mother of Perry C., Ellen V. and Paul E. Alers; grandmother of Tracy B., Michael S. and Christopher R. Alers.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nFlossie was a graduate of Anacostia High School, attended George Washington University and was a substitute teacher for the Prince George's School System. For many years, She was active lay person in the Episcopal Diocese of Washington. Flossie was also a longtime receptionist for the Lee Funeral Home, Inc. in Clinton, MD \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nThe burial office with communion will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 9 in Holy Communion Episcopal Church, 3640 Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave, S.E., Washington, DC at 10:30 A.M.
