Frances Loretta Hooe

Frances Loretta Hooe 1934 - 2014 Frances Loretta Hooe, 79, of District Heights, MD on Monday July 7, 2014 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. Born in Washington, DC she was a daughter of the late Harvey E. and Gretchen (Carter) Ennis. She was married to James I. Hooe. They celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary last November. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed coupon collecting, crocheting, having lunch at Captain D's, crossword puzzles, shopping at the commissary, yard sales, BINGO, and being the #1 magazine subscriber. She relished spending time with her family and friends. She was the Past President of the Capital Heights Volunteer Fire Company #5 Ladies Auxilliary and the current President of the Rebecca's Lodge #36, Forestville, MD. Along with her husband she is survived by a son, Donald L. Hooe (Donna), five grandchildren, Tanya, Bryan, Tracy, Christopher, and Christina, eight great grandchildren, Jessica, Ashlee, Taylor, Jaelin, Cody, Aiden, Olivia, and Jaimie, one great great granddaughter, Emma, and two brothers Ralph E. and Carter Ennis.
