Grandmother of Pamela Campbell, Teri Mona, Henry Lee, Jr., Judy Ann Lee, David Lee, Paul J. Lee, Jr., Tiffany Knott and Earl J. Lee. Also survived by 22 Great Grandchildren. Sister of Madeline A. Mudd and Donald Miller. Frances was preceeded in death by Dorothy L.
