Francis W. Howlett On May 21, 2002. The beloved husband of Marjorie Howlett; loving father of Lynn (Crandell Ownby) Howlett,Carey (Iris Heissenbuttel) Howelett and Neal and Dana Howlett; devoted grandfather of Walker and Owen Howlett; brother of Daphne Saunders and Thora Ziedler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Interment will be private at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church.
