Frank Joseph Vaughn was born to John and Lillian (Rose) Vaughn on July 18, 1930, in Washington, D. C. After attending school in Takoma Park, Maryland, Frank enlisted in the U. S. Army, served in Korea, and was honorably discharged in February of 1954. Frank married Marion (Fowler) on April 23, 1954. He was employed by the District Government as a civil engineering technician. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Marion E. Vaughn; his son, Frank J. Vaughn, Jr, and his daughter-in-law, Pamela M. (Ryder) Vaughn, of Clinton; his daughter Linda L. Finnegan, his son-in-law, James M. Finnegan, and his grandsons, Evan J. Finnegan and Ryan A. Finnegan of Upper Marlboro; his brother Melvin Vaughn and sister-in-law, Olga Vaughn of Clinton; numerous brothers-in law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
