Frederick Evans

Frederick Evans "Buck," of Clinton, MD passed away on March 14, 2020 at the age of 69. He was born in Burningham, AL on October 31, 1950 to Mose Brown and Willie Dell Evans. Beloved husband of Dail Huggins-Evans, Mr. Evans was a member of the United States Airforce.
