Suddenly , on Thursday, September 27, 2018, Geneva Horton entered the Kingdom of Heaven. Geneva was born on April 13, 1933 and departed this life peacefully on September 27, 2018. Geneva was born in Liberty Hill, South Carolina to the late Edward Addison and Margie Ealy Addison. Geneva loved cooking, working in her garden, traveling and spending time with her daughter and grandson. Geneva was smart, wise, kind, and loving, always willing to give words of wisdom that was valued and respected. Geneva leaves to cherish her memories her devoted daughter Beverly D. Horton-Thomas; devoted grandson David A. Thomas; brother-in-law William Robinson (Annie); nieces Margie Sims, Willie Lee Ealy-Gaither; grandniece Stephanie Sims; grandnephew Eddie Sims; special friends Esther Curtis and Janie Gardner, as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Geneva is preceded in death by her brothers Virgus Ealy, Elliott Ealy, and Johnny Ealy; sisters Nannie L. Coleman and Amy Ealy.
