GEORGE W. HIGGINS (Age 98)On July 28, 2006, of Huntingtown, MD, formerly of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Ethelind Higgins and loving father of Paul L. Higgins, Jeanne Ann Kennedy, and the late George William Higgins, Jr. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
