George Arthur Wells, III

George Arthur Wells, III age 52 of Lusby, Maryland passed away Sunday, November 29, 2009 at the Washington Hospital Center. He is the loving husband of Josie R. Wells and brother of Robert John Wells. He is also survived by 2 nieces Jennifer Elizabeth Wells, Christine Lorrine Wells and a cousin Dorothy Kavanaugh. \n \nMr. Wells was a member of the Crossroads Christian Church and was involved in the "Live Nativity" display the church performs every year. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, and working his vegetable garden, especially growing hot peppers and chill’s. He also enjoyed watching the summer Olympics and observing the gymnastic competitions. He was known as a good natured, sweet, gentle man with a since of humor who loved to talk, loved his family and was good with children. \n \nA memorial service will be held on Friday, December 4, 2009 at 3 PM at the Crossroads Christian Church Rt 4 and Ball Road, Port Republic, Maryland with Pastor Janie Evans officiating.\n \n To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of George Arthur Wells, III please visit our Sympathy Store.
